Data recording, collection framework and analysis framework
Most of the activities done in the social sector need the support of data to validate its soundness and robustness. Failing to do so means that it is hard to evaluate how efficient the measures were and how performant the whole project has been.This report sets the basis and framework for the data acquisition for all the tasks in all pilot sites in the EmpowerMed project. Moreover it identifies and describes the principal key performance indicators that will be further used to evaluate it.
