European Parliament debate proceedings
Debate on challenges of energy poverty in Mediterranean member states was organized
in the European Parliament, on 29 March 2023, and lasted from 13-15 h. During the event, findings on practical measures and policy solutions were presented and discussed. A policy dialogue explored the nexus of energy poverty, gender, and health in the Mediterranean.
EmpowerMed project partners presented key policy recommendations on how to tackle summertime enrgy poverty along with gender and health issues.
